寫詢價信(Letter of Inquiry) 應注意的內容和常用句子。

 查詢價格的信件包括以下內容: 

1) Source of information(向廠商說明從何處得知廠商的資料);

2) Self-introduction and/or reasons for enquiry(查詢者`自我介紹及/或說明查詢理由,例如「我們看到貴公司的產品廣告」或「我們收到客戶對有關產品的熱烈查詢」等。);

3) Asking for prices and details (要求廠商報價和說明付款條件﹙例如賬期多長?﹚並提供產品目錄、貨辦等);

4) Giving references(為證明本身信譽良好,向廠商提供本身的銀行或客戶作諮詢人);

5) Potential orders(說明若價格和品質達標,將會下trial ordersubstantial order或regular orders等,且不忘提醒廠商因此要給best price才有機會);
