With the exception of the senior forms, the rule applies only to boy-students.

1.          The rule applies only to boy-students, and does not apply to the senior forms.

2.          The rule does not only apply to the boy-students of the senior forms.

3.          In the case of the senior forms, the rule does not apply only to boy-students.

4.          In the case of the senior forms, all can apply the rule except boy-students.

To substitute A for B,當然是「用AB」。所以,這句沒有問題。
